Like all of you, we are monitoring the rapidly evolving developments surrounding the coronavirus (COVID-19).  At this time, we want to assure you that the health and safety of our guests and team members is our top priority and that you can continue to count on us during these difficult times.

 

While our doors remain open, we are taking precautions to keep you, our team members, and our communities safe. 

 

Here's what we're doing:

 

·       Enhanced Cleaning.  We are cleaning our vehicles with a focus on high touch points in the interior such as seats, steering wheels, door handles and other high-touch surfaces.  Likewise, we are cleaning our facilities with greater frequency with a focus on high-touch areas such as door handles, desktops, vending machines, and other hard surfaces.

 

·       Our Team Members.  We have educated our team members about the symptoms of coronavirus and how to help prevent the spread of coronavirus. We have educated our team members on proper handwashing techniques and are requiring team members to be vigilant about frequent hand washing.  We have also directed our team members to stay home if they are sick and to consult their healthcare providers.

 

·       Social Distancing.  We are practicing social distancing, which includes the adoption of a "no handshake policy."   

 

·       Staying Current.  We are monitoring and continually updating our practices based on the latest guidance and recommendations of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and other public health authorities.  

We understand that many people feel hesitant about continuing public interactions.  However, we believe it's important to be here when you need us.  If you have a planned Service, Parts or Sales visit, we look forward to seeing you.
